Rooms will be reserved
subject to being available when a deposit is received.

The number of persons
occupying rooms should correspond with the number of reservations.

IPA will not accept
liability for the loss or damage to personal property.

Rooms not claimed within
24 hours of commencement of booking (i.e. 11 a.m. on any day) will be
re-let without further reference to clients (except where advance
notice is received).

Delay of indicated
arrival time (as per booking form) should be notified.

Where there is a
cancellation, payments (less deposit and expenses) will be refunded,
subject to notice in writing being received 2 weeks prior to date of
reservation.

Balance of payments must
be forwarded three weeks prior to date of commencement of occupancy.

Non-paying guests are
not permitted to stay overnight and IPA guests who facilitate same
will be liable to pay for them.

Car parking is
available.

Damages/problems should
be reported to local contact so that replacement/repairs can be
effected without delay.

Pets are not allowed.

Room(s) should be
left clean and tidy for next occupant(s).
