Cork is a beautiful city of narrow streets enclosed by the river Lee and accessed by old stone bridges, with Church Spires to be seen everywhere; Shandon on a hill with its famous church bells, is dominant on the landscape.  Its an interesting city with lots to see like Fota Island Wild Life Park , Cobh Harbour , Blarney Mills and Castle where you can kiss the ‘blarney’ stone or indeed go off into the country to scenic West Cork within easy distance.

Accommodation
The apartment has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) plus a fold-up bed (sleeps five).  There is a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with TV.  It has a balcony south facing on the 2^nd floor and is entered from an enclosed courtyard.  It is a short distance from the city centre.

Other Information
Nearby the Old City Market, Opera House, Huguenot Quarter with its trendy young crowds and wayside cafes and restaurants, and hear the Cork ‘blarney’ on the streets.  Secure underground parking.
