Our IPA House in Dublin is a prime example of the classical architecture of the early part of the 20th Century.  It is tastefully furnished, having all necessary facilities for self-catering, garaging and has an enclosed garden.

Location
Situated close to Dublin’s City Centre (2km) in a quiet area.  Dublin is a vastly changing city in keeping with its Celtic Tiger pedigree and its newly acquired architecturally pleasing buildings, trendy Templebar, Stephen’s Green and Grafton St for shopping and night life, combine beautifully the new with the older Georgian and literary city of Joyce and Beckett, and straddling as it does the river Liffey and Dublin Bay with its sweeping coastal vistas that once earned it the title of Dublin’s fair city.

Accommodation
Sitting room, Conference room and Office, 6 bedrooms (2 en suite) (2 with showers and hand basins), 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, 1 outdoor toilet, Dining and kitchen area, Patio and BBQ, Radio Club room and large enclosed garden.  Parking on street.

Other Information
Buses to city centre from Botanic Road and Drumcondra.
