Involved in IPA since the 1970’s and elected to the National Executive Committee in 1987, Joe McKeown holds the position of National Treasurer. In addition to the onerous tasks undertaken as National Treasurer, Joe is active in all IPA events and activity in the ‘Santry’ Branch where he is Branch treasurer and in  the Dublin Metropolitan Region No. 1 where he is Regional Secretary.  

 Joe carries responsibility for the production of the IPA wall Planner / Desk-top Planner, a chart containing a wealth of information including a calendar, notable events etc. which is distributed to all Branches throughout the Section.
