Paul is an Honorary Life Member (HLM) of IPA, Section Ireland, and a member of College of Curators, Schloss Gimborn, Germany.  He is the longest serving Member of the National Executive (unbroken service), holding portfolio of Vice President, since he was first elected.   Paul is Chairman of the Cultural Commission and his responsibilities include, administration of IBZ, Schloss Gimborn Seminars for Members of Section Ireland and is the Sections co-coordinator for all of our interaction with Schloss Gimborn.
